These charges include at least one conspiracy offense and six counts of witness intimidation, jury tampering, police officer intimidation, or court employee intimidation, as documented in Stoughton District Court records.

In recent blog posts, Kearney extensively covered the case involving Karen Read, who stands accused of striking Boston police officer John O’Keefe with her vehicle on January 29, 2022, following a night of drinking.
