Shell Meluncurkan V-Power Baru, Diklaim Bisa Bersihkan Endapan Mesin

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Shell V-Power yang terdiri dari V-Power (Ron 95), V-Power Nitro Plus (Ron 98) dan V-Power Diesel (CN 51) mendapatkan teknologi terbaru yang diklaim menguntungkan pengguna.
Pada bahan bakar V-Power tersebut disematkan teknologi yang bisa membersihkan endapan yang menghambat performa mesin. Pemakaian rutin juga dites bisa melindungi bagian vital mesin dari endapan di masa depan.
Endapan ini biasanya terjadi karena pembakaran yang tidak sempurna di ruang bakar. Biasanya, endapan ditemukan pada bagian injektor, sampai katup masuk udara dan BBM.

Ingrid Siburian, Direktur Shell Mobility Indonesia mengatakan, Shell V-Power sudah hadir sejak 20 tahun lalu. Sedangkan pada produk yang baru punya teknologi yang lebih sempurna.
"Shell V-Power merupakan bahan bakar pilihan bagi 20 persen pelanggan bahan bakar kami di seluruh dunia. Teknologi baru Shell V-Power kini lebih sempurna dari teknologi sebelumnya, dan dapat digunakan pada semua generasi mesin untuk menyempurnakan performa, baik mesin yang lebih konvensiona ataupun teknologi Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) modern,” kata Ingrid dalam siaran resmi yang Kompas.com dapatkan, Selasa (19/6/2023).
Untuk produk paling baru Shell V-Power bisa dibeli sejak 20 Juni 2023. Pertama untuk daerah Jabodetabek, Banten, dan Jawa Barat. Sedangkan untuk yang Diesel, secara bertahap mengikuti, begitu juga untuk daerah Jawa Timur dan Sumatera Utara.
Ingrid menjelaskan, bahan bakar baru kali ini bisa membersihkan endapan berkat pengujian yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Jadi performa mesin bisa kembali normal ditambah lebih efisien.
Adanya tambahan teknologi baru di produk V-Power Shell tidak mengubah harga jualnya. Terpantau di laman resmi Shell, berikut ini harga BBM di SPBU Shell per 1 Juni 2023:
